Check market rates if they’re higher. If you have that data then at least you can say you were underpaid. Otherwise HRs will only low ball you. I was offered lower salary multiple times than I’m making. Along with your skill set if you have this data, then it’ll help.
Second is play the game. Get 4 offers with 25% hike each time. Take the 4th offer. I’ve seen some people do this and get big hikes.

You've to sell your skills. Tell them you want 100% coz you bring this and that to the table which a lot of people do not offer. The more you differentiate your abilities + skills, the better it is for you and it's also easier for the company to choose you. Remember, hard skills matter but soft skills matter too.
