How to delay Accenture joining, do they blacklist for not joining?

I am a fresher, received a joining from Accenture for April. But I am currently also interning at a startup that pays stipend greater than Accenture in hand. The internship will end around June and if they convert me pay will be around 9-12L (2-3x of Accenture).

So, what reasons can I give and delay my joining by a month or two? Also, if I don't join later, would they blacklist me?

Screw the startup.. join Accenture. As a fresher, bigger the company the better. All those stories about learning and knowledge you heard is lie.

Think longer term. Startup are not worthy. The odds of a fresher getting fired from Accenture is less. Unles there is some big time recession. Best time to join a startup is at mid level. They will pay you filthily and you get to blame others when things go south. As a fresher they will blame you for everything that goes wrong. Why stress out?.

How long have you interned in the startup so far? If it's long enough for them to already have an understanding of your capabilities, tell them that you've got a joining deadline but you want to continue here and hope to convert to full time role.

Ask startup to offer you full time as your joining date coming up with Accenture. If they don’t agree than try asking Accenture to delay joining but at this point be ready that they might revoke your offer. At the end if you don’t get PPO then be ready for it.
