How to get into Google - Analytics

I'm aiming to crack this by end of next year. Any suggestions on this would be extremely helpful in me prepping for it

Airbnb, Microsoft, Nvidia and Stripe are also a few companies I'm planning to consider trying. The next 1 year will be spent in upskilling and polishing my profile.
