Why not take leave and peacefully give interviews ? What's this obsession to give it from office while playing a hide and seek game and requiring to stay cautious to not get caught or something?

I get only 18 leaves for the whole year. They get accrued at the rate of 1.5 leave per month. Can't take them all as each organization have 3-5 rounds in the interview process and getting an offer even after clearing all rounds isn't entirely in my hands. Moreover I have to keep some leave balance remaining to use in case of emergency.

Either take a day off or ask the HR to schedule it before/after your working hours. No point trying to attend an interview from your workplace where you’re not able to concentrate fully. Interviews are so rare these days, better not to blow your chances by trying to manage them at work.

Take leave, paid/unpaid, get sick more often. If not, Take half day for 2x days. But take leaves. Leaves are the soul of the corporate society.
