Physical pursuits. Go walk in a park. Or run. Or jog. Swim or maybe do body weight exercises. This will give your brain a sense of some accomplishments. Start a journal. Write down your intentions and feelings/emotions. Go through these on week on week basis. Analyse why you feel this way. Watch quality content such as Joe Rogan Podcasts. Read book or listen audio book "Man's search for meaning".
