How to reach out to grapevine support?

I'm getting a feeling that grapevine support is like women on this app. Both don't exist (its a joke).

Having some trouble verifying my work id. Tried sending a mail to them and no response since a few days. Tweeted the founder on Twitter and no response there as well.

I was not getting OTP, pinged them on twitter - they were prompt on resolving the issue
