How to take the maximum hike this year

Hi everyone I am working for a service based company. my profile is Devops engineer. I have a 1.6 year full stack developer experience . The last 6 months I have been doing work on the cloud. I switched to DevOps profile. I have a total of 2 YOE and my current pkg is 4.75 CTC. you all know it's time to start for appraisal so how can I take more hikes and how can I propose ?

Not sure if you have much leverage.
In you devops role , did you get a chance to reduce costs for infra ? Anything impactful ?
If it's just regular work without much impact don't expect much.
Based on the increment , decide if it's time to move on to a different company .
