How will handle the situation
An AM clearly shows a biased attitude towards select individuals while having a non-welcoming attitude towards other colleagues when they approach them to seek help.
An AM would never proactively help their colleagues towards their task or career development, they do not skip the opportunity to demean, sneer or humiliate.
Please let me know how will you deal with this situation. Because I have been facing this issue since last month.
This is common in almost every big 4. Best way is to document if it is related to work or else communicate to your coach/counsellor or connect with manager. If someone is constantly insulting you pls communicate. Never let anyone overpower you or micromanage you.
