Otherwise you can even subscribe to a home tiffin service if cooking at home is not possible

You can find such tiffin services in your area with a simple Google search

I mean, you get all types of food and cuisines. Depends on what your preferences are. But if you have specific conditions, its always good to hire a cook and get home cooked food or search for a trusted lunchbox service.

But this approach is irrespective of the city.

Company lunches depends. Some companies hire good careers and hotels and there's variety. But it's still not the best option as they might use soda for everything or you never know the type of oil or spices they'll use.

Absolute trash if you are considering having it at restaurant/eateries. It's better if you hire help and have home cooked food.
