How's Keka HR?
Anyone working there can share about work culture, teams, pay range etc?
skip, they will take 5-7 rounds only to ghost you or reject you (after ~20-25 hrs of investment )
What position did you interview for
SPM, plus they also try to lowball you
I don't trust the calibre of PMs evaluating case submissions/taking interviews. They have a fancy 'we are b2b but work like consumer product first bs hiring page' but can't evaluate a metric and impact driven case submission.
See the product folks on LinkedIn and you will realise.
I see. Thanks
I have on campus placement interview scheduled next week for the role of quality analyst …
All the best
Thanks . Any idea on what kind of questions should I expect ?
Leaving this here so that it helps folks in the future.
Avoid Keka like the plague.
- Top down culture where the CEO is the sole decision maker, with no other leads having any clarity or direction or spine.
- Tasks get cancelled or deprioritized at will, and a permanent sense of urgency.
- Absolute lack of empathy, professionalism and work life balance.

From what I have heard, the HR team is not that great.
