They know 90 day notice period indicates toxic companies, so they hire from 30, 60 day ones

Toxicity of a company has no relation with the number of days of notice period they have.

I know people working with 30 days notice period companies which are toxic.

@SuperMantle0 said "indicates". Not "guarantees".

These are all exploitative tactics to retain and abuse employees. Especially in IT. The day labour laws get stronger here, companies will simply outsource our jobs somewhere else.

Not due to stronger labour laws but with time and post pandemic due to probably higher salaries, some jobs are already being outsourced to other countries than our country:

Why is it a bad thing? Its like 3 months worth it free pay? I have always joined the next company after resigning from 1st within weeks. Since you do shit in your notice period you can join new one and make double money for 3 months.

Most of the people are working properly and sometimes double hard as they have to manage work and kt both.

Generally the last week is slightly relaxed.

So it is not 3 months of free pay.

Also about joining a new one to make double money, dual employment is something not any company encourages and it is bound to land the person in trouble sooner or later.
