I am feeling frustrated from work stress and politics, what to do?

Sometimes I feel like quitting the job and be relaxed and happy. Am fade-up with office politics, too much work pressure and moreover from this Indian mentality at work. Want to get rid of all this nonsense but I can't leave without a job, because for me it is keeping me engaged rather than a boring life without a job, even money also matters in this expensive lifestyle.
