I have joined TechM last month still i have not allocated to project when I asked my PM he is waiting for customer credentials

I have joined TechM last month still i have not allocated to project when I asked my PM he is waiting for customer credentials but HR informed now that project is hold you can look for other opportunities and I heard one of my colleague in Tech Mahindra bench policy is 45 and after 46 or 47 days they ask us to leave organisation and my manager is not telling when I will receive credentials is telling always waiting for credentials could you please any suggest what can I do in this situation
