I'm a Software Developer. Looking out for an on-site abroad opportunity. How to search for it.

I'm 8 years experienced java software developer with Kafka and AWS experience. I have been constantly trying to figure out ways to find a perfect on-site abroad opportunity for myself but am not able to get one.

I've been applying for all 4he job openings on linkedin but didn't get call back or reply from anyone till now.

I may need sponsorship for visa in future. But is this really a problem? Am I being rejected because of this issue or am I lacking somewhere while applying?

Thanks in advance.

Visa sponsorship can be a hurdle, but not the only reason for rejection. Tailor your CV to highlight your skills and network with people in your field.
