IBM India

Can anyone tell what is the office culture and environment like in IBM Kolkata? How is it compared to PWC Kolkata ? Is IBM’s work culture same as PWC or is it much better? In PWC I have had a bitter experience, do not want to go through the same thing again. Please suggest
