Earphones with built-in AI, huh!! It's impossible with current gen tech. However, the ads can be controlled from the device streaming it. For example, I use a dns provider on my mobile to hide ads(only images, not videos) on websites.

There should be a review app in which we can give and see review of every thing which should be raw and real.
