Starting should be above 40 plus After 10 years of exp if you aren't at 1cr what's even the point

Everyone goes at their own pace. There's nothing like an 'ideal CTC', just put your best foot forward.

Minimum 1 crore, else demand MBA refund (assuming this is T1 else why did you even spend 2 yrs on it)

Assuming with 10yoe, you would be married and may have/planning for kids

< 1Cr+ --> whats the point even?

20-25 is the avg right after MBA Considering 10 years of experience, CTC should be beyond 40 atleast

7 Crore

I have known peopie with τnat experience earning > 40LPA having MBA or not. Also, many freshers even now having offered CTC of around 24-30 LPA, if they are lucky and focused, so for a person with 10 years in industry I think 40 LPA or more sounds reasonable considering the inflation and our economy.

Executive MBA after 12-13 years of work experience. Is it worth it? Please share your thoughts
I was wondering if a person with 12 years and above experience in a manager position with a consulting firm or a product manager in a product firm should opt for an Executive MBA?
Will it add more finesse to the person's career skills ...

What to do?
Associate with 3 years of experience having CTC of 5.42L Won’t able to manage expenses in Tier 1 City.
