If you're at a non-toxic workplace in India, you're lucky

I've been helping my GF in job hunting because her current place is toxic af. Lately, I've been considering myself lucky because I'm in a place which is not toxic and let's me thrive.

Most of the Indian orgs are toxic af and don't consider you as humans.

Can't wait to for my side hustle to scale and then leave this hithole.

It’s usually the manager who makes the place toxic. Even if you place is toxic , if your manager is good you will not know . I had a manager who was great , only after he left I realised how toxic the place had become . Still in touch with him. He had shielded us from all the shit which was happening there . This is more than true for remote work

Why can't we make the workplace less toxic ?
I think we should go in that direction. From my experience, Indian managers don't understand work-life balance. I feel it has to do with the feeling that the company is paying this much money, so we should work hard.
