Unless the alternative is unemployment, start-ups are not worth joining.

One can join a startup if it is a leadership role. Not by designation, but actual P&L responsibility. Other than that, startup employment is not worth it.

I think startups are pretty heartless just to show profit to investors and becauseof their own poor planning they are willing to damage career of employees who are loyal to them also they only care about numbers and dependency
