Incorporating a Tech startup

We are building a SaaS platform. Where do you think it is the best to incorporate. India or the US?

We are having investors with both interests. I want to know the pros and cons.

Companies like Doola make it smooth for incorporating in the US.

Someone please help on this if you have any experience.
