Either is fine as long as it’s in a nice gated society. Not a fan of independent houses out on the street

We plan to build an independent house in my hometown while we’re okay to live in apartments if we’ll settle in Mumbai or Bangalore. I’d say comfort is a big factor for me, I don’t have to adjust with random weirdos in apartment associations. Since affordability is the second factor, I’d chose apartments in places I can’t afford to buy land and build
