Infosys (kolkata)vs Accenture(Pune) 3.4 Exp
I have got two offers from these companies, but kolkata is the nearest for me, both are giving 10.5 LPA but in Accenture 20% variable pay and in Infosys 10% variable pay.
I asked accenture HR to increase, he told we increase based your current salary or counter offer, so I have Infosys offer, now much I can ask then it is worth it.

Pune is going to be more expensive than Kolkata. Now it depends on which one is nearer to your home town. Since I have been to both the cities there are certain things that you will miss and enjoy in both the cities. Pune will give you more growth opportunities while you will save more in Kolkata. Food is much better in Kolkata but the night life in Pune is better. So it is up to you based on your priorities.

You are already getting more than enough based on your experience. These companies aren't going to pay you more. Although, you can negotiate on variable pay. 10.5L is also good as per your experience and if you want more say 15-20L at your level try for a product based company.
Not sure if you already made a decision but infy isn't great in terms of project, work culture and hikes compared to Accenture. Not that Accenture is the best. But I know so many people working in Infosys. It's just not worth it. Plus you can build the right network and still move closer to your home town as months pass
You can definitely ask for a dc transfer for accenture they do it , and give the counter offer they'll increase accordingly as well.

Pune's rent is skyrocketing so see, if it is manageable .
Infosys is the best option for you. Variable pay will not be paid in full. Go for the higher fixed pay and the closest one
