I have cleared all technical rounds, on 12th June I had HR round also. HR asked me to share all past company release letters and graduation marksheets. I have shared all the documents. HR also confirmed my package over the teams call and assured that he would send the offer letter. But after that 6 days have passed, I have neither received any communication, nor have I received any offer letter. Typically how much time will they take to release the offer letter?

I have done HR round and HR said offer letter will come in 2 weeks is there any chance that they hold position now but I i think they have pretty much good opening for JAVA

Hi All, I recently got offer from infosys for ReactJs developer role. I have around 3.3 years of experience and current ctc is 5.8 Lpa. Infosys offered me 12.5 Lpa with 10% variable pay. I asked the hr to increase the package but he told this the max he can do. So just wanted to know what range does infosys offer for a reactjs profile with 3+ years experience and is this offer good.
