Innovator Wings 1 in TCS

I have 1.7 YOE DIGITAL, would like to go for innovator wings1

Completed unit electives with external certification

Need Distinction in Business Process Articulation Thinking to appear for these 3 in May '25 cycle.

And the main Innovator coding challenge in Nov '25 cycle.

But I want to switch after 2 years in tos for a better salary. l.e., August 2025 I'll be completing my 2 Yrs.

Has anyone completed innovator cadre.

Should I wait one more year and complete innovator or start looking out for opportunities immediately after 2yrs.
