Insights about working with younger colleagues(especially 'GenZ')
What are some challanges you face while working with these young folks? Why do you think they act that way? Do you think there's some mistake on your part which makes them behave that way? Have you experienced or seen something positive which the younger colleagues do? ..most importantly.. are the leaders/Sr Managers/Managers aware of the changes they need to make in themselves to Retain the 'bright young talents'? Do you see "Bright young talents"?How do you Identify them?Are they also difficult to work with in some areas?
Note: You can rant(Entitled ,lazy, Easily offended,Soft) about the young folks but i genuinely want to know the level of ground awareness the higher up folks have..So answer with a little depth if possible
