Is Atlassian worth joining?

Read few negative comments regarding work culture at Atlassian ….can someone who had worked or is currently working there share the truth?

Depends upon the team. Teams with Australian leadership (Directors/Sr Directors based out of Australia) are much better than ones with Indian or American leadership.

Hmmm so if being interviewed for bangalore team (was looking for remote opportunity from Gurgaon) , I should drop? I don’t have any concerns here at Amazon (till now) , only reason to go for this interview was for relocation n wfh from Gurgaon

I feel if comp is good and since it's remote, it's anyday better than Amazon. Ik Atlassian now has pip but that's bottom 3-5%(afaik), I've been doing just above average work getting Exceeded expectations(may be my team is good). Tech wise it depends on team.

It might depend from team to team, but I am having great experience with Atlassian. The work culture is amazing and company policies are really good.
