Is it mandatory to go to office in cognizant?

I have lots of doubts as I m going to join cognizant soon, SAP projects people can you please confirm?

  1. how is sap projects in cognizant and how is WFO ?
  2. is it mandatory to go to office in cognizant and how many days?
  3. What if I want to do WFH for few days , will they allow ?

Project based . If you are on bench 5 days mandatory.. otherwise based on your project.. generally 2-3 days wfo is fine but now a days office hours are counted as well. Minimum 6 hours , not just punch in and out

If your project has an ODC then yes otherwise they don't force to wfo.
