Is it ok to join in contract role at Genpact ?

I am getting a contract role offer at Genpact which has Core development and support work both and currently in my organisation I am working on Core development of the product but here I get 6.25 LPA

• with 42K in hand per month At Genpact they are offering me 9LPA
• with 75K in hand per month.

Is it a good Idea to change my job ? As both of them are having development roles.
