Is it too late now to start?

Never too late to start brother. Everyone has their own journeys. Yours starts at 28, someone else's might start even later. A quote to get you going -

"Manzil mil hi jaayegi, bhatakte hi sahi... Gumrah toh wo hai, jo gharse nikale hi nahi!"

At least you got started, that's the biggest step :)

Its never too late and always compare with the past version of yourself. I had 4 years gap. Started masters at 26. I didn't do masters to get a job. Always wanted to do masters but parents were not allowing me to take admission in far off colleges. Now I'm doing just fine.

It's never too late to start anything, ever.

For perspective, I know people who retired from one job at 60, then went and did a PhD, and now have a decade of experience are in their second career in their 70s.

You're only in your 20s, so don't even think about age. Just go for it, learn a lot, work hard, and build your career in whatever field you want to go into. Good luck! 👍
