I got an offer from KPMG during my college recruitments, but the package is 6LPA. I decided to join placements late and thus missed out on other good companies. I know someone who transitioned put within 6 months and they’re doing well for themselves now. You should evaluate the day to day for yourself and accordingly take a call. But for them both the pay and the work was insultingly low and unchallenging respectively.
Start with this offer if you don't have any other, but try to transition out of the company within a year
