Is swiggy Mall good place to work?

I have recently got an offer for category manager in swiggy mall. Is it safe to accept this offer as of now considering all the news that is going on, in the market?

Are they also planning layoffs from Swiggy mall, and how is the work culture for this. Any insights will help.

It’s fine only. Neither good, nor bad. But since it is an H3 business, so yeah some risk will always be there. If the pay is good or you are not getting any good opportunities, you can consider joining.

Recent layoffs were for tech. Probability of next layoffs seem very low as of now.

Afaik mall is expanding given they are seeing early signs of PMF. I think for the next 12 months you can be assured there won't be layoff as they won't kill this idea before that.
