I attended the arpit training. If you are very new to System Design then you can attend. He tries to cover his own way.

Other than that he picks a few designs and talks about specific problems like CDC, Kafka, partition, Load Balancer, etc , you should have basic knowledge on cloud storage like S3 and how the Kafka works. He improves the design as he goes.
