Is this money/salary really worth the suffering ?

Without money, you will suffer even more. You want to suffer with money, or without money? At least money will take away some of your sufferings. Lack of money will torture you to poverty, and you will be gutted to a different degree of suffering

The world is not kind to the poor man

Money Pays for Food, For Gym, For a cozy mattress. So, If you are suffering with some money, atleast you'll get to have a good meal and slightly better sleep to give energy for that suffering.

I think the question is biased. Suffering comes from not knowing what you want to do.
