Isb pgp Pro course benefit?

Is this 30 lakh + taxes course fee worth it if you were an average college but damn good at your work and isb iim candidates came and got a similar salary to you what you got after 10 years experience in their first role. They don't offer placements. How does this course help pivot your career

ISB PGP pro is an online course, could never match the on-campus course, plus there is no placement like the on campus program.

My take - The biggest difference ISB/IIM/IIT makes is first crack on the campus roles. I know, I know peer-group and unmatched courses are also something you should care.

So if any program( at these reputed institutes) isn’t providing on campus opportunities, you know which component is missing. It’s not that they “can’t provide” it, they “don’t want” to provide it. Hope you can read between the lines.
