Issue in project allocation
I joined Wipro recently. I am still not allocated to any project. Here people are not responding to my queries regarding my project allocation. So I am worried a bit. I heard that we need to get a project within 45 days of joining. I even attended a client interview and got to know that I got selected there. But I still did not get a proper response from them. Can anyone help me, is this happening for all new joiners or in certain scenarios alone. Should I look for opportunities outside?

I think your bench will have 90 days duration but you should start looking outside to be on safer side.

You should and you must reach out to your manager.. if the manager is not responding pls reach out to HR for your concern... I made the same mistake and I wasted my time... You have to be proactive in Wipro otherwise theyll just waste your time
