Issue with Education Details in BGV Section Preventing Background Verification Initiation

I have been selected by Infosys and have received an offer with a Date of Joining (DOJ) on September 2nd. I also received an email from the Launchpad team requesting me to complete the necessary details. I have filled in my education details and uploaded my degree certificate. However, under the BGV (Background Verification) section, the education details are still showing as incomplete. As a result, I’m unable to initiate the background verification process.
