Job market is completely ridiculous

I have started applying for jobs since last year(all PBCs) and rejected in all of them, so I downgraded myself and started applying for Service based companies.

The biggest challenge is that they are not ready to wait 2 months.,... Even TCS needs an immediate joiner.. Lol😂

With this approach, resigning without offer is the only choice I have it seems🥲🥲.

You will not get any calls until you update your profile on Naukri as serving notice period.. So this is the only option we have..

Is the 60 days notice period too much?

Hi Folks I recently got an offer and the notice period over there is 60 days. In my past companies it was 30 days everywhere. Just wanted to know your opinion.

60 days is common. Avoid 90 in any case.
