I am a fresher and applied to a ton of jobs during my college days and still applying the only thing which takes me back is the amount of rejection i have to face. Facing rejection is not a problem but being the most ideal candidate * which I feel like , after seeing the job profile * and still not getting selected makes me introspect am I that bad. After seeing people who have a lesser core fundamental knowledge on topics getting in good companies just because they had a good referral makes me question that is the only chance of getting a job through Referrals ?
So i have a question for the community, Is the job space only based on referrals or is there any chance of getting into the company naturally especially through job boards ?
My background : I am a graduate in B Tech. CSE with Specialization in Cloud Computing. I have a good amount of experience with the AWS cloud. I have an interest in working in the area of Cloud Security and DevOps.
