Can talk about PocketFM from personal experience.
It depends on the team -- the core audio teams are good, very well defined playbooks (India team, I have heard is good, some categories in the USA are good, some particularly fantasy is struggling).
Some of the new teams can be a bit of a shit show.
They are hiring without any clarity on what you are supposed to do. A lot of work is going to be copy pasting stuff that's worked for them in a different context.
Unless you have absolute clarity on what you are going to be doing and it seems very exciting to you, I would suggest avoiding.
They are overstaffed, so you don't know how long the job is going to last.
