Just a curious question

Is it too much self awareness when you exactly observe yourself emotionally well throughout your day to day routine and conversations as well as can sense the other person's intentions (although could be a hunch, but at times the guesswork is good) and you just let the process and things fold in front of your eyes, like just observing life.

Just a curious thought and something might be observing with myself.

Any thoughts on this !!

Being in present, physically, mentally and emotionally makes you aware of surroundings. As Aristotle said knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom so yeah you become experienced and wise enough to notice the stuff where you have the hunch about others’ intentions/hidden motives.

Make sure you are not overthinking, I know some people like to observe society and try to connect the dots with their wisdom/experiences but overthinking spoils it, let the person reveal things to you if your aura is trustworthy. :)

Depends on person to person I feel. I can only share about my part. It's been a bit difficult for me to actually let just things go and happen. It's just with time, I have learned the hard way that you can't control anything other than your own self reactions and observe myself critically and empathetically. So, from my perspective I feel I am learning about it from some time now.
