Hi guys, I really need help, was laid off last month as a Software Developer. I am a recent graduate from IIIT Gwalior with 3 months full time and 1.5 year internship experience. Am actively looking for an SDE Backend role. Have been applying everywhere with referrals, still no response. It's financially draining. Any leads would be appreciated.
Did you tried instahyre, it has the most success rate in getting a call from HR. With current market scenario referrals too won't work. My recommendation would be to just take a job and don't let the career gap slow you success, try looking out for different roles which apparently uses the stack your good in not just backend.
