Hey I have worked in 2 startups in my careers, In both places leave policies aren't that great. Just wanted to know what are policies in other workplaces

Unlimited leaves, no need approval, just team consensus. Expectation is that you let your team know before you take any leaves (1 day, 3 weeks,etc)

Apart from the above there are some general offerings such as 10 public holidays, bereavement leaves, ml/pl leaves and sabbatical options.

45 days on paper. But I need to just DM the team whenever I need a leave.

The sabbatical policy is super nice although. 1 mo for each year.
I took 3 mo off after working 3 years.

Tell 2x advance for leave and if its a WFH half day is deducted from your leaves or salary if no leaves left.
