Legal options for Dunzo employees
We expected our pending salaries to be resolved, but they've repeatedly delayed payments for June, July, and September, even neglecting FnF for laid-off employees. The ongoing layoffs are causing significant mental and financial strain. We're uncertain about receiving our dues. What legal avenues, like legal notices, have proven effective? Any suggestions for law firms or lawyers experienced in such cases?

People who are at dunzo today are there because they are not able to find another job, let's not pretend otherwise. From a legal point of view, sure you can file a case on them. But that will not accelerate your payment.

First of all, look out for other jobs and change jobs asap.
If or not you get your pending payment is a function of it company will get funding from investors.

Check phable care ambition box recent reviews Same like Dunzo at last founders ran away and shut down after major funding round, yet failed 4-5months salary not credited and no action (as founders ran away*no use)
