Recently wanted to purchase a Lenovo system and saw that the original system from the manufacturer is available at a reduced cost compared to online ecom.
After finalising placed an order and made the mistake of not checking the shipping date. The customised system doesn't have any special customisations other than an extra software to be preloaded.
Sent an email to the team for cancellation within an hour of placing and the next morning when checked back they are saying it cannot be cancelled since it has passed the 24 hour period (simply lying).
Read similar experiences in the past about custom orders reaching people in 1.5-4 months.
Does anyone have any idea if we can get the order cancelled since I wanted to purchase the system urgently from the store?
Any legal process with consumer court can be followed here?
