Let's be awkward together!
There are times in our lives...be it at home/college/school/market/bus/etc.. when we feel embarrassed or awkward due to one or other reason. Have you ever felt awkward/embarrassed (in any situation) at your workplace? If yes, share some tea. I'm all ears (in this case "all eyes" 😁).
It was a mix of awkwardness and embarrassment.
First time in office...went to get coffee during break but didn't knew how to use vending machine. Stood at a distance silently (pretending to be busy on phone) for some time; observing how others are doing and then when no one was left in the pantry, I finally got my cup of coffee.
Us bhai us. Very embarrassing but I found a solution eventually. For the first couple of days I scan who in the team has coffee/tea, preferably wt a fixed time. I then get into a conversation 5 min before the clock is to tick. Conversation flows and I accompany him to the machine. Yo!

I came wearing sandals in opposite foots, right sandal in left foot and left sandal in right foot. The sandals were leather, local made , not branded and not much differentiated. My madam in office ie my boss instantly recognized the goof up and shook her head in puzzelment and disappointment, i was not performing well/ not willing in work and was not in good terms with her.
It might have been embarrassed but we have done far more embarrassing things 😅
