Livpure Ro pathetic service

Hello guys, I need a help. I have bought a Livpure Water purifier from Flipkart but no one is coming for installation. I had raised installation request to Livpure company and they have generated a person for that. When I dialed him he told he doesn't have technicians. After that he is not picking my calls since 2 days. Next I raised this to Livpure and they have given me some area cordinator phone number. He told he will arrange some other person but no one came. I have raised this to Flipkart and asked to return the device but they are not returning it. What to do in this scenario. Seeing this pathetic service that even installation of a brand new product is not being done then how will they hear when some service is required.
