LLD or HLD

I have a design round coming up tomorrow and I have 2 YOE. The interviewer said that it depends on the panel if they ask LLD or HLD. But I have read at some places that for junior roles mostly LLD is asked while HLD is asked at senior roles. What do you folks think which one should I prep better?

Doing LLD is hard until you have been writing some JAVA. I mostly write Go and when I draw class diagram then outside I am imagining classes while internally thinking as structs. This object oriented shit needs to go away.
