Looking for a mentor for a 7+ yrs experienced engineer

I have been working for the past 7+ years in multiple domains and multiple technologies. My growth seems to be tapered off in the last 1.5-2 years. I'm looking for a mentor who has some good experience and can help me grow to the next level. I can pay if they need that and I respect that if they provide a good value. I have mentored multiple engineers over the past 7 years but they all have been juniors. I haven't been able to find people who are really good and have more experience than me. People of Grapevine please do your magic. I would be really thankful if I could find someone good.

You want a mentor for moving you up in IC role like engg architect or leadership/mangerial roles?

Yes that's what I'm looking for to move up to a position like Principal Engineer/Staff Engineer/Engineering Architect

It's a terrible idea and unless op is too awkward to talk to humans he/she shouldn't. At this stage find a good pe/staff eng to help you, preferably from your own org.

I haven't found any good senior/staff engineers yet whom I can ask for mentorship. I'm not at all awkward in talking to random people and have made connections online. So that is not a problem for me.
