Looking for options to move abroad. I’m a SWE with 8+ years of experience.

Hi 👋

Thanks for taking out your time. A little about me I graduated from a tier 1 college and currently working for a US based firm and the pay is good but I feel growth is stagnant. Hence I want to increase my network build more skills and get more exposure.

Can you suggest what are the ways that someone like me can consider to move out of India and work or study + works for around 5 years and then decide where to stay.

Options I can think of

  1. Give GMAT and go for mba from abroad
  2. Switch to US office in the same job
  3. Get a remote job and travel places and build networks (I saw many solopreneurs in Vietnam, Bali
  4. Switch to US location job (don’t know how to do it tho)
