Buy Managed farmland if you really don't want that money for next 15yrs. Buy it only for your hooby or a status symbol.
If you are planning to build.home on that land after few years, then it is not allowed.
If you are really interested in farming then better go for agriculture land of min 1 acre and build small farm house and vegetable garden.
All these managed farmland are overhyped and extremely costly. 1 acres of managed farm land will cost you 50-60lacs. Better go for independent farmland and you should get it at 50% of these managed ones.
Land price with 80km-100km range from bangalore should be in range of 7-12lacs per acres, depending on location and infra on the land (water, electricity, house etc). Anything above this is costly.
I will suggest go for I dependent land if you can.
Added to that maintenance has to be paid which is expensive.
